ALUCOMAT® Dual
Introduction
ALUCOMAT® is world’s original ALUminium COmposite MATerial (ACM) Total Solution provider, the material is later known as Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP).
More Colors, More Fun
ALUCOMAT® Dual is made of special know-how from JSN which can lacquered coat two-color combination per panel surface. It is ideal to replace exterior vinyl film in color decoration since 70% Kynar 500® PVDF is after all proven best solution available to durable exterior applications.
In addition, when narrow-width aluminium coil is not feasible for small production (due to high aluminium mill mininum production quantity), to coat two-color in one single panel surface at the same time will become a better alternative.
As an extension from ALUCOMAT® FR which composed of a certified non-combustible mineral filled core and two rigid top-grade aluminium sheets, ALUCOMAT® Dual preserves equally outstanding quality available to existing ALUCOMAT® Exterior Solution family.
ALUCOMAT® Triple is newly developed technique which can lacquered coat three-color combination per panel surface. Please contact us for more information.

Fire Resistance
By replacing class 1 fire resistance mineral filled core with LDPE core, ALUCOMAT® Dual will become standardized ALUCOMAT® panels with contoured wavy grooving enhancement on the outer surface.
