ALUCOMAT® is world's original ALUminium COmposite MATerial (ACM) Total Solution provider, the material is later known as Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP).

ALUCOMAT® Brushed is a stylish exterior cladding solution that has hairlined texture treated on the outer face, imitating the beauty of time-lasting solid stainless steel panels.

As an extension from ALUCOMAT® FR which composed of a certified non-combustible mineral filled core and two rigid top-grade aluminium sheets, ALUCOMAT® Brushed preserves equally outstanding quality available to existing ALUCOMAT® Exterior Solution family.

While delivering starry metallic style, next-generation fluorocarboned resin paint FEVE finished outer face can perfectly resist outdoor weathering, and therefore ALUCOMAT® Brushed is ideal for exterior cladding in building construction. 10 years of limited warranty is available for project acceptance.

ALUCOMAT® Brushed aluminium composite panel features following competitiveness:

    • Excellent tolerance control contributed from ISO 9001:2008 certified manufacturing process. .

    • 30% lighter than 4mm-thick stainless brushed composite panels or
    70% lighter than 3mm-thick solid stainless brushed panels

Aluminium Alloy 0.50 mm top-grade, virgin aluminium sheet on each face, refinery certification provided
Coating Outer face is lacquered coated with multi-layer weather resistant natural textures (not laminated with PET film) and next-generation FEVE resin layer licensed from Japan according to AAMA 2605-05 standards Inner face is protected with a service coat (not mill finish)
Core 3 mm non-combustible mineral filled core certified under ASTM E 84 / E 119, BS 476 part 6 / 7, DIN 4102 part 1 standards

Fire Resistance

By replacing class 1 fire resistance mineral filled core with LDPE core, ALUCOMAT® Texture will become standardized ALUCOMAT® panels with Textured enhancement on the outer surface.
